For clients using our Currency Exchange services, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as required for Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. Failure to provide necessary documentation may result in the suspension or termination of services.

4. Payment and Fees

Fees for our services are set out in the specific agreements or quotes provided to you. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Digital Services: Payment terms will be specified in your project contract or invoice.
• Currency Exchange: Exchange rates are determined at the time of the transaction. You agree to the rate provided before confirming any exchange.
